How to withdraw via PIX (Brazil)

1. Click on Withdrawal tab. 

2. Click on the Rever e retirar button. 

3. Click on the Próximo button.

4. Enter: valid pixKey, name, taxPayerNumber and click on the Próximo button.

5. Click on Retirar dinheiro button.

COMMON PROBLEMS

PIX rejected — the most common reason is a mismatch between the CPF on your Questera account and the CPF registered to your PIX key. Double-check both match before resubmitting.

PIX key not accepted — make sure you're entering the correct key type (CPF, phone number, email, or random key). Try a different key type if one isn't working.
