How to withdraw

Before you can withdraw

Three requirements must all be met. If any one of them is missing, your request won't go through.

• Minimum balance of €25 — your wallet balance needs to be at least 25 euros at the time of the request.
• 3 completed paid challenges — you must have completed at least 3 challenges using Premium Energy as the entry fee. Free Energy challenges don't count toward this.

• Passed KYC verification — your identity needs to be verified before any withdrawal can be processed. If you haven't done this yet, go to Wallet → Withdraw → Verify to start. See How to pass identity verification for help.

How to submit a withdrawal request

1. If you have fulfilled all the conditions, go to Wallet and hit Withdraw.

2. Choose the currency, select the country and payment method, then type in the amount you want to withdraw and press Send Request.

3. Your request has been sent and will be reviewed by the Questera team. Please note that this process takes some time. Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email.

[IMPORTANT]
As soon as the status of your request changes to Approved, you will need to go to the Wallet and click Withdraw.
