Multi-account policy explained

Using more than one Questera account isn't allowed — and it's the most common reason for bans.


WHAT COUNTS AS MULTI-ACCOUNTING?

• Two accounts logging in from the same IP address
• Two accounts linked to the same Steam account
• Two accounts playing from the same device
• Behaviour patterns that match known multi-account activity


WHAT IF I SHARE A DEVICE OR NETWORK WITH SOMEONE?

Our system detects signals, not intent — so if you and a sibling, partner, or roommate both play on Questera and share a home network or device, you might get flagged.

If that happens, submit an appeal and explain the situation clearly: who else is playing, and that you share a household. The team reviews these manually and can sort it out.


I DIDN'T KNOW TWO ACCOUNTS WASN'T ALLOWED

It happens. If it's a first-time situation, explain it in your appeal — the team can sometimes close one account and restore the other.

Already banned for this? Don't create a new account — it'll just get flagged too. Appeal the existing ban instead.
