"Account used by another user" error

This error means the Steam or Google account you're trying to connect is already linked to a different Questera account.


WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN?

• You previously created a Questera account using this Steam or Google account.
• You created a second Questera account with a different email and already linked Steam to it.


WHAT TO DO

1. Think about whether you have another Questera account — try logging in with a different email address or social login method.

2. If you find your other account, use that one. If you no longer have access to it, contact [e-mail] and we can help recover it.

3. If you've never created a Questera account before and this error appears, contact [e-mail] with:
  • Your Questera email (or the one you're registering with)
  • Your Steam username or ID
  • A brief description of what happened

Each Steam account can only be linked to one Questera account. Attempting to link the same Steam to multiple profiles will result in a ban.
