Is Questera legal and safe?

Questera is a legally registered entity with an active license, operating since 2021.

Our operations are in strict compliance with relevant regulations. We exclusively source user game statistics from official game APIs.

All winnings are duly disbursed to eligible participants.


I'm not a high-level player. Can I still use Questera?

Absolutely. Questera is designed for players of all skill levels, providing a balanced and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Challenges are generated according to your individual game statistics.


How long does it take to calibrate my account?

Calibration duration depends on your game statistics. If your stats are sufficient, calibration completes automatically.

Otherwise, you'll need to play a few games in the required modes (Ranked All Pick or Turbo) for the platform to gather enough data.


How do I withdraw money from Questera?

Go to Wallet, click Withdraw, and follow the instructions.

Before you can withdraw, three requirements must be met:
• Minimum balance of €25
• At least 3 completed paid challenges (using Premium Energy)
• Passed KYC identity verification

After submitting your request will be reviewed by the team. 


Why didn't I receive a reward for completing a challenge?

Rewards are issued for eligible challenges only. The most common reasons you didn't receive one:

• You played the challenge with Free Energy — these award Free Q-Tokens, not withdrawable Q-Tokens
• You didn't meet all the challenge conditions (hero, mode, stats, result)
• You played in a party — all challenges require solo queue
• You started the match before accepting the challenge on Questera

I played the match but the challenge is still active — why?

Results are updated after the match is verified through the Dota 2 API. This can take up to 30 minutes.

If it still hasn't updated after 30 minutes, check:
• You accepted the challenge before starting the match
• All conditions were met (hero, mode, stats, result)
• Expose Public Match Data is enabled in Dota 2 → Settings → Social
• You played the correct game mode

Why did I win the match but lose the challenge?

Winning the match doesn't guarantee winning the challenge. You must complete all the specific conditions listed on the challenge card — hero, game mode, minimum stats, and result type.
