You’re seeing this message because you’ve accepted a Dota 2 challenge in Immortal Draft mode, or you are a player with more than 8500 MMR. We want to inform you about an important Dota 2 update that affects how your challenge progress is tracked on Questera.
Important Information About the New Dota 2 Update
Dota 2 recently introduced an update that changes how other platforms, like Questera, access match data. All ranked matches that include a player with over 8500 MMR, or any Immortal-ranked games, are now played in a mode called Immortal Draft. These matches are private, and their data is no longer publicly available. Because of this privacy change, Questera cannot collect or analyze data from these matches, meaning your progress will not be updated for such games.
What This Means for You
If you play in Immortal Draft or Immortal-ranked matches, your progress in active Questera challenges will not count, even if you successfully complete the challenge requirements. The match data is simply unavailable due to Dota 2’s new privacy restrictions.
How to Avoid This Issue
To ensure your games are tracked correctly and your progress updates in Questera, play Unranked All Pick or Turbo mode. These modes remain fully public and trackable, and all your match results will count toward your challenges.
This message appears to help you understand the new tracking limitations. You can click “Don’t show me more” if you don’t want to see this message again.
Thank you for playing and completing challenges with Questera! We appreciate your understanding and support as we adapt to Dota 2’s latest systems. Our team is already working on improving match tracking for high-MMR and Immortal-tier players in future updates.
